GOALS

Our goal is to build a community around solid, common ethics of holistic living. From growing organic crops to living off the land and skill-sharing. Practicing kaitiakitanga (guardianship) of land; resources; people. Our vision is for a community of 100+ settler groups

WHAT IS IT?

Well laid out community of quality small homes called 'pods'. Promoting high degree of personal autonomy/sovereignty/responsibility with minimal rules and maximum personal responsibility.

WHAT IT IS NOT

This settlement is not a 'Hippie commune' or Cult. Not a place for criminals to 'hangout' or base their business. It is not a place for free loaders to hang out without contributing or to store junk in the communities. It is definitely not a massive money -making venture for Investors

COMMUNITY
CO-OP

Building subsistence and generating at least 50% of our organic food supply within three years; 80% within five years. Exporting 50% of our food supply outside of the community; generating funds for purchase of food we do not generate internally. Aiming to reduce personal food costs of those Settlers contributing to the co-op; by at least 50%. The community will also be using our own water supply - separate from the governments controls.

SEED INVESTORS

People may choose to participate as Settlors; Seed Investors; or both. Invesors provide the capital to enable the funding of living pods and land use for themselves or others.

Exclusive use of a living area (say 200sqm) on which the moveable living pod is placed (Licence to Occupy); also shared use of communal areas. The investment is protected in a legal structure.
